hello i had my rear tyres changed today and when they were taking the center cap out on one the previous owner has used rtv/mastic to hold it on the cap seems to be ok but i now need to remove this gunk without damaging the wheel so i can put the cap back

my contract is up this month and im torn as to which phone to get. for me its a choice between the HTC one X and the galaxy S3 any advice would be helpful
for some reason my alarm likes to go off between 12 pm and 5am but only fri, sat, and sun nights, sometimes it keeps going every 10 mins or so till i take it out for a 5 min drive.
its driving me and the neighbours nuts any ideas???
i have the cabling i used in my Vectra so im ok for that thanks. but the deadening will be on my buy list tho.
on a different note i have switched my head unit out and there is an connects2 i pod adapter in the back of the dash which i have no need of so that should off set some of the cost :)
simple question is it worth the money/hassle?

how technically minded are you mine did this and i opened it up and repaired it with a heat gun and some new heatsink compound its not that difficult. iv done mine a few times now :) all you got to do is gently heat the back of the two big chips for a while new compound and off to go. when its...
