The electrical fault light is on

Car has gone into limp mode and I can't rev it, when I turn it off there is a constant clicking noice coming from the left side of the engine bay does anyone know what this is ?

Replaced the thermostat and new coolant, started up fine.

It's a 1.2 16v expression .

The whole dash has to come out, iirc there's a guide on how to do this its only like 10 screws thou.

I had this problem mate turns out that one of the bulbs in the display had gone (there's 2 one either side) i put 2 new bulbs is good as new, hope this helps. :D
