I worked with a lad that was spending over £400 a month insuring a 1.4 mk4 Astra, he was young with a ban under his name but he needed a car to get about. I started off in a 1.2 corsa and went up the capacity size as I got bored but still had a 2.0 within my first yr of driving, if he can afford...
Can't understand why they'd spend 1.5 hrs looking mind, is more time for CCTV to pick them up etc, personally I'd know what I was after before going and just get straight onto it lol
Nice trophy Conrod for the mantle peice, would look good next to my melted audi s3 piston and the turbo shaft from my old tdi Audi that snapped. Bloody vag's.

Depends on quality of clutch really, I would think a cheap 3 peice kit (clutch, pressure plate and thrust bearing) would be £100, around £200 for a garage to fit? All a guess tho just going of previous experiences. That would be the very cheapest price mind
Hi all, had an early start this morning as I was off to get some new rubber fitted to the Clio,
the place I was going to is about 25 miles away, anyway I set off and the car seemed to be driving fine, I stopped off for fuel as it was really low and on the red.
I left the fuel station and had...
Same here, once the better weather comes I may talk my boss into giving me an allowance for petrol and leaving the van at work. It's a 50 mile commute a day but the roads are awesome :)
