Hello people, I've had this annoying tapping/diesel like sound coming from under the bonnet for just over a year now. When cold it sounds fine, when warm it sounds like sh.it to be honest. Would anyone happen to know the cost of the parts needed and also a fitted price? I'm in Norwich and unsure...

It's been quite noisy when ticking over for a while now, drives fine with no tappy ticking noises, only when idle. Its at its loudest when I hover over the 'Renault Sport' area of the engine. any thoughts or suggestions to what this may be? Thanks, Niki.

No need to take the bumper off mate, Just get a flat headed screw driver and a cloth of some sort for the screw driver to wear so it doesn't damage the bumper. prize it off with care to not break any of the clips and you'll be there :) took me about 20 minutes to get mine off today :)

Thanks mate :) Yeah i was thinking about the standard anthracite colour, didn't know if anyone had and other subtle coulours they've done theirs in. Yes a 3/4 plate is what i mean, would just look tidier than the overhang i have on the standard plate at the moment.

Thought I'd put a few pics up for the car as i haven't been active on here for a while! cleaned her this morning ans she scrubs up ok :) I've ordered some aero wipers, a smaller aerial and some silvervisions. The rims are in need of a refurblisment as previous owner/s has slightly curbed them...

Problem solved, got some new plugs and leads. when changing the plugs i found a little moisture and rust on the plugs. She runs fine now, just glad it was not anything too expensive :)

Seems to be running on 3 cylinders, getting worse. The engine management light flashes on and off when I'm rolling. Hope its nothing expensive :(
