After some looking into the rear drums i figured out that it is the part that makes the friction to stop the car that causes this, the strip that pushes against the drum that made the noise, poor quality ones will perish and cause this noise, renault original parts should do the trick! Am no...
yeh! i suppose the rear speakers can be seen as pointless, but my mate has rear ones in his clio and it definately improves the 'experience' if you wish! mines an extreme, its a shame they don't but ill try the rewiring, doubt ill find it as simple as you two did though loool
mine grinds when i brake everytime, its horrid and soo frustrating, when opening my drums they were fine, clean and new on the inside! i need a solution please!!!
hey, my clio is a 1.2 extreme and doesn't have rear speakers only one in each door (2 door), would it be difficult to add some, how would i do this?
thanks
The drums (on the rear wheels obviously) make a horrible grazing noise and sounds like i am driving on gravel when i brake! My discs are fine, clear and in good condition when i open them and look inside the plates, does anyone know what it is? needs solving its becoming unbearable.
cheers!
My door speakers have blown and i need to replace them, i was wondering if all the stock speakers from a mk2 ph2 clio are of the same quality regardless to the model or year of car? I would rather get the 182 stock speakers if they are better?
thanks in advance guys

Thanks for...

The speaker in my left door is no longer working and i presume it has blown, when opening the cover and taking it out, it was attached by one plug, if i buy new door speakers, will they plug in the same? if so, any recommendations?
Thanks
yeh sorry, erm i will get some pics up, above the rear wheel below the window on a 2 door car, dent is fairly big and scratches are deep enough to take the paint off....any help?
i recently changed the clutch, bearings and brakes on my Clio 1.2 16v, but i feel like there is some power retained? I know the car isnt supposed to be fast, but when i lift off the accelerator pedal it rapidly loses speed. Any ideas? i know it is a little vague, sorry!
thanks
