did you amp them ?, i am running type r component n coaxial with a alpine mrx-f65 amp and cda-137bti headunit, they are the best speaker i have heard in along run without distortion.

run it off the power cable on the head unit, i did this on my old unit it worked no problem..

thats true, might just put the extra in and get some fk coilovers.

i know what you mean mate, i have had a misfire on a cylinder, so blasting the engine not a good idea, just going to have to be some elbow grease n a tooth brush.

popped the bonnet of the clio last nite when fitting the new system, noticed it was canny dirty, are clio engines safe to jet blast, with De-greaser ?

i am looking to buy the Apex 60mm suspension kit, dampers and springs, i have been looking on ebay and other websites they state 60/40 so front will lower 60mm n back 40mm, is this right. ebay they say 60/40 venom 60/40 ktec just say 60mm any 1 know if they are 60mm all around. thanks.

A little update, of the car, been busy with work and other stuff got a few things ordered, erm, and am sure i have upset a few chaps with the lights, but change is for the best haha ordered some 100w super white xenon style bulbs, to replace the hids also ordered some silver indicator bulbs...

you could get some Alpine: SPR-50C - 13cm 100RMS 300W Peak components (front) Alpine: SPR-50 - 13cm 90RMS 270W Peak coaxials ( rear ) just a tad over £200, but these will need amping to get the full potential.

cheers, i think people got a bad impression from the light, the fog light 1s are out of the car, the headlight 1s will be as soon as i can find some 172/182 lights.

so get a good set of coilover like GAZ, Weitec, SPAX, D2 or AP and should be sorted.

handle well by that ment like, the clio is a dynamique is suspension is abit firm as standard, i dont drive like tit, just want it to be firm n low but still look good, hard to describe.

when i ordered them and on the bulb they say 10,000k so i am going of that.

dont want buy a RS, only reason i am doing bits n bobs, is to make it look abit different because clio are common as muck, might just get i lowered on a good coilover set, and put the white wheels on.

can anyone please tell me without taking the piss, will it be worth getting the powerflex bushes and a rear anti roll bar ?

not going to bother with the bumpers, might a rear 172, just want the dynamique wheels back on, colour coded n lowered on good coilover or suspension kit.

thanks noah, when i use to have the saxo i lowered on apex 60mm suspension kit, so fancy trying coilover on the clio, other than budget or a good coilover or suspension kit...
