Cheers. No not running spacers, might be the offset of the wheels that make it look like it has spacers. There aftermarket Turini's.
Cheers Matthew. If my spare cash hadn't gone towards a deposit I'd of done the repairs and asked for a higher price. But decided to let it go for a lower price...
Yeah wrong time of year I think. Had lots of interest in it with people coming to see it then cancel last minute. If it doesn't sell than I'll just sorn it once I get a driveway.
Cheers mate. Yeah it's still for sale. The pics and spec where sent just after PFC EXPO in September. I put it up for sale on the 5th of December and received my copy of PFC on the 6th
My RB 182 on Pistonheads. http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/renault/renaultsport-clio/renault-clio-x65-renaultsport-182-16v-2004/5047555?v=b
I'm not sure. I no Matthew and Nick118 are previous owners.
Yeah just got a few bits to tidy on it and then I'll be getting some 421 cams and ITB's fitted. Polybushing the whole car and changing the suspension set up to some B14's or cup shocks and cooksport springs.
Back behind the wheel of a 182. Bought my 3rd 182 back in June. My first one being a RB 182 Cup:
My second being a 182 Trophy 044/500:
After a 7hour journey and nearly 400miles this is my third:
It's a RB 182 Full Fat well worth the journey to get it.
Current mods are:
K-tec coilovers...
Its still got the mods you did to it. It has a few bits to sort out. Theirs abit of rust on the rear arches, needs a new horn, front arch liners and wheels could do with a refurb. Just not had time to do much to it with having a little one and another on the way. The paintworks in good condition...
Cheers mate.
I prefer 182's. I used to have a 2008 Arden VXR which I modified up to stage 3 was 243bhp. I had ups and downs during ownership with the head gasket going 2 miles after picking it up from the dealership and the gearbox going after 4 months of owning. I loved the interior in the VXR...
Hi everyone.
Back behind the wheel of a 182 again. This is my 3rd since I first bought my RB 182 cup back in 2011. Since then I've owned a Corsa VXR, Clio Trophy 044/500 which was sold due to having a baby so bought a Mondeo TDCI and bought my self a run around back in June. It's a RB 182 FF had...
Think someone on RenaultUK was asking the same question the other week. If a Trophy's not got the seats there's no way off getting the number. Only way to try and find out is to look through the Trophy register on cliotrophy.co.uk.
Yeah I've put about the tax in the for sale section. I'll be putting 6 months tax on it but I'll be wanting £3600 for it. Buyer pulled out due to not be able to get all the cash together.
My Clio Trophy had a buyer but pulled out yesterday. Ideally want it gone for the weekend if not it will be having 6 months tax put on it and the wheels refurbed...

Spotted this on Pistonheads. Seems abit overpriced.
Spotted on Edendale Road black 182 with Turini's. Keep seeing a Blue 182 around town with renault sport across windscreen with one headlight working. Both 05 plates. I'm always in a red 182 Trophy.
Cheers. The French flag is insulation tape.
Cheers.
Yeah the tyres where on it when I bought it. They will be replaced with Michelin's or V12's when I get the wheels refurbed.
Put the car on the rollers at the end of November. Made 172 bhp and 154 ft/lb torque which I'm pleased with as I was expecting around 160-165bhp as oil and plugs need changing. The chaps at Dynodaze also spotted a tiny oil leak coming from the cam cover seal.

Not much has happened to the Trophy over the past month or two other than detailing it. Ive given the brake calipers a lick of paint and fitted a decat pipe.
Pics:
Off to DynoDaze on Sunday to see what power it's running.
