So would £12k with metallic and Cup packs be an unreasonable asking price then? The ones that I have saw in dealers for cheap prices tend not to have the paint and packs added on yet, and some are pre-reg. This is a bloomin nightmare! lol

I didnt realise that the 182 was lighter than the 172, but even still, I take it you arent going to offer any opinions on differences then?

Strange.... The brochure doesnt list it, and the salesman never mentioned it.....

Had a 172 Cup for 18 months, got rid a few months ago and Ive just ordered a 182 with Cup spoiler and suspension packs. Is there a noticeable difference in handling and acceleration between the 2? I appreciate that the 182s extra 10bhp doesnt compensate for the 90kg defecit against the 172...

I think its going to be Arctic Blue peeps. Black is nice, but weve had black cars before and they seems like they are never clean. Racing blue looks okay, just not my cup of tea. It suits the stripes, but they are too in-your-face for me, and I also question how long they will stay...

No. We are having a discussion on ScoobyNet and I am fighting the Clios corner against the Saxo lovers, and they suggested that a valver takes the same time to reach 100mph as a VTR.

My Cup is now a year old with 12,000 miles and is due the frst service. What kind of price should I be expecting? Ive already had 2 quotes which were £40 apart, so just wondered what was average and what could be classed as a good deal.

Does anyone know if the Clio Cups headlights are the same part number as a standard Clios? Obviously the regular 172 has Xenons, but as far as I know, the Cups are just plain old ordinary base model units? Can anyone confirm this? Furthermore, does anyone know of a cheap source... breakers...

You will find that there is a minimum number of feedback required for the survey and it isnt a case of 5 out of 5 Octavia drivers were well happy, hence high placing, whereas 50 out of 100 Clio owners were happy, hence low placing. This is non-representative, so you will find that the survey...

No bloody wonder! My wifes Cup has 4k on the clock, and the dashboard rattles, the doorcards rattle, it has had starting problems and feels like a 10 year old car, not a 6 month old car! :( Its official, Renaults are $hite!!!! Still, at least my car came 15th! ;)

According to K-Tecs website -: The Pro kit lowers the car 30mm all round when fitted to the 172/Cup. The Sportline kit lowers the car around 20mm at the front and 15mm at the rear. ???:confused: This would make me inclined to chose the Pro Kit.........

As stated, which springs should I fit.... Eibach Pro Kit - 30mm drop (10-75-001-02-22 ) Eibach Sportline - 45-50mm (20-75-001-03-22 ) I believe that the Sportline kit is a tad bumpier, but I really want the centre of gravity dropped... too much roll. Aesthetics are pretty important too...
