I serviced the car about 2 months ago don't no weather this will have owt to do with it but the spedo keeps playing up dying then coming back to live again
I have a 52 plate Clio cup and just recently every now and again when pulling up to a junction and depressing the clucth it cuts out. It starts up fine afterwards and runs ok but just very annoying grrr plz help :banghead:

Both rear callipers
Exhaust system
Wheels refurbed
Bonnet spraying
Gear stick gaitor
Front spliter
Both inner arch liners
Speedo sensor
Boot gas struts
French cars gotta love em not to mention what iv had to do with it

Iv had many that I don't have time for but take on anyway lol only got one at the min satria gti bought cheap and cause it don't owe me much I can't be fooked only need to put cambelt back on and fix bottom pulley and tidy body work but nah I got Clio to toy with now ( well fix all yr round lol )
Just to bring it back on topic iv just done a quick quote on multicar and iv put 1.8 astra Sri proton satria gti and a Clio
172 cup I'm 21 1 yrs no claims should be 3 but different story and my misus is 21 with 3 yrs no claims and the quote is 2300 which in my opinion is quite good considering...
My personal opinion is the f7 feels more torque throughout the hole rev range and just picks up quicker
Whereas f4 dosnt don't get me wrong f4 is quick and more powerful but it's not all about down and out power especially on the roads where I live no long straight roads

Ino that the f4 Is more powerful but as iv said the drivability of the f7 engine IMO is so much better and I'm not after hp
But thanks for all the comments and iv heard some1 else on bout the 1.8 vag but I couldn't put german in French wouldn't feel right if I'm honest lol plus the engines...
Yh Ino the engine is older but I just love the way the f7 puts the power down it's right the way through the revs and not at the top as with the Vvt setup on f4r's

Just interested as in to wether anyone no's if the Williams engine will fit in 172 ph2 as I really like the way the Williams delivers the power just interested too see if it's possible? Lol so any info would be good lol cheers guys :)
Yh but they feel like there more responsive once the Clio gets kicking ino it's a quick car standard but it won't be long till they tune there I might just get a second car turbo lol
Typical lol I did look at all the options but IMO not worth the money to do that would all the other stuff work well with a remap it just bugs me how I have to boot it to get the most out of it lol
I'm not that bothered bout the bhp but if the drivability and if it makes it more responsive I'd be happy and cause I'm
