Is it true that headlamp wash is a must with HID lights for an MOT?? mine don't work and was wondering if I need to get them sorted by the time it goes in in April.
Have just given my car a good clean and found the front drivers side wheel caked in either grease or oil, can't really tell which because it was also covered in grit and dust.
Any ideas?
Just came to fitting the standard airbox on my car (car came with induction kit) and there seems to be a bracket missing or something at the front of the engine bay.... Also been looking at the thread "show Es your engine bay" and it seems I am missing a rail of some sort that runs paralell to...

Im in desperate need of one of these, the one on my car is nackered, and cant drive it without (car just idles at 4000Rpm). Well at least I think this is problem.
It's the seal that goes between the inlet manifold and the block.
I've been searching the net for hours, but cant find a thing :(

So...... I've just picked my car up after having new cam, and aux belts fitted (for piece of mind) the garage have advised me of a few problems they found whilst working on the car (you'll have to excuse my terminology, I'm not very mechanically minded)...
