Alright peeps
Looking to get some banded steelies made for winter but I'm struggling to find where I can get them made at a reasonable price. Bandedsteels.com is the obvious choice but they are looking to charge me £350 for a set and thats with me providing the steelies for them to...
Haha my engine is a bit worse for wear at the minute aswell, not sure what sort of power its running at the minute but ill be interested to find out. I certainly dont think its running at 170bhp anymore! lol. Did they give you a power run before they started work on your car? Something to...
Haha fair enough! I will be paying them a visit quite soon i should think. Just emailed birchdown to see when they can get me in for a service so will he after that!
Anywhere around the 200bhp mark and im happy!
So just a big service and make sure the engine is as good as it can be before i get them fitted? 200bhp with just ITB's is spot on! Pretty much what im looking for. Is there a big difference in throttle response? And can you feel the difference in power from standard?
Haha ive already been...
So did you get your ITB's supplied and fitted at TDF? 210bhp is a nice figure, I would be happy with that! So you would recommend getting air con removed? as ive still got it on mine.
Cheers mate! Ive heard lots of good things about TDF so they have always been up there in my mind. Its not gonna be for a couple of months or so anyway as i need to sort my engine out first. Few minor oil leaks and its in need of a good service. Going to get it booked into Birchdown as soon as...
Any idea what sort of £ they charge for a kit fitted? Not really heard much about them. Heard good things from TDF, but just want people opinions before i commit to buy anything lol
Hi all
Had my Ph2 172 now for a while and I want more power. Ive decided to keep the engine na and go down the ITB route. From experience, which company offers the best ITB setup? For both increased power and torque.
Cheers
Sorry to invade your thread matey but I've got same question, only I'm in the North West. Wheres best for a re-map? Anyone had any good experiences from companies up this way?
Cheere mate. Bullets are back on now, gloss black as are the front and rear diamonds. Less is more with the green i think lol. Glad you like it though, many dont! Lol
I got there about 10 ond friday morning mate. I was parked right at the back of club camping with kroozin north west. Didnt go on the track all weekend as ive got a cracked abs ring and my traction control cant decide whether to be turned on or off lol. What car were you in?
Yeah its about as low as i want it now, maybe a little more on the back. But this cant be achieved with y current setup, (k tec coilovers) need new springs i think.
I like how the wheels have turned out, its definitely a head turner now, good or bad! Lol. But, each to their own!
USC was awesome this year for those that missed out!! Yeah a lot of people have commented on the red and green theme, some good and some bad but I like it!
Id go forthe grid drifts, look miles better than the standard grids. Just take a bit more effort in fitting and as for colour i would definitely go purple as orange has already been done!
