200bhp and 750kgs is closer to the mark.
And a driver who knows how to use it.
Marty's is similar, unfortunately he suffered a catastrophic failure as a consequence of a previous failure.
Good to see you again yesterday pal. The car is a credit to you, and the attention to detail is fantastic.
Let me know what that qualifying footage is like :p
I had a good day, apart from one driver thinking I was Barrichello and he was Schumacher when he tried to put me in to the pit wall.
There is no problem with a 6 point cage, but for me, it is no where near enough.
Single door bars? No thank you.
HANS device- will be mandatory in the very near future.
I wont race without mine, or even go on a trackday without it as a passenger or driver.
Having spoken to the organisers at...
A 6 point cage is not up to the job. I appreciate the stance the 750MC are taking with regards stiffness etc. Another thing that I had to point out to Bill was that the cage fitted to the car on the stand was not HANS compatible. I doubt there are any 6 point cages that are compatible.
Fred, I...
Jamie, I spoke at length with the organisers today. I would consider it, however the regs stipulate a 6 point bolt in cage which is a bloody joke. I couldn't take them seriously after that.
Also, they are running on the same grid as Stock Hatch A for 2013. They reckon the Clio will be a couple...
The first one was a 5.1 (13/67), the next two were 4.9's (13/64).
Also, and this is very important, the service I have had from Gripper has been phenomonal. I couldn't have asked for more in respect of customer service.
I know the product has been faulty, and so do they. But they could quite...
Yes, Gripper diff, Gripper crown wheel and Gripper pinion.
It should be noted that the cwp's for the 106 are manufactured by a different company than those for the Clio.
The latest 106 ones are coming from the 'Clio' manufacturers, which WILL be a lot better.
Yes I am. Compared to an ATB they are another league. Worth a couple of seconds a lap to me at Oulton.
But I've been through 3 cwp's this season.
This is the first one 'letting go':

James, I'm not sure where you have got that info from. I have just been asked a similar question on the Rallye Register. This was my response, hope it helps and offers clarity:

Phil, there is a very protracted one on RR, from birth 'til now.
I stuck a shortened version on Sax-P which is easier to read!

Hi pal, I had a good nose around your car on saturday.
The level of preparation is a credit to you. Especially the welds on those seat rails :p
It's a shame you're having suspension issues, but stick with it...
