Ive never looked for one on the clio but if its anything like the saxo then it will be above the bell housing and behind where the thermostat is.
Ill go have a look on mine later and let you know
They're not too bad to change just get the hub off, get old bearing off press new one on and refit, just remember to pump the brakes when its all back on
might be worth checking the temperature sensor, had a problem on a saxo with it earlier, would run get hot and cut out and not start until it had cooled down
if its not the above then it might be the clutch, oil might have leaked and been absorbed by the clutch, might not be aligned properly or its worn/the fingers have broken
Most stickers will be going soon, but will keep the unleash the beast one, looking into silvervisions, cant afford to lower it im only a student.

Just remembered got a bit of a problem when it rains, there is water running somewhere around the roof on the passengers and it sounds like theres lots of it, there has been a few times where ive taken a roundabout and had a shower from the light above the gear stick, but doesn't happen too...
