to be honest, it was top dollar, more expensive than anyothers i've seen but when i saw it in the flesh i thought it was worth the premium, i could have easily got one for £1.5k less but i just wanted a mint one with full service history etc and was prepared to pay that bit extra

interesting, so would you say i shouldn't worry too much considering the fact that car is tuned and driven agressively. i don't know exactly how much it uses but a litre every 1000 miles sounds about right

as above? the car is a 172 with cams/map/ecu etc. it's > 200bhp i'm looking at buying it

hello, i understand that blowing a spark plug is relatively common on the 172. my question is, those of you who have had a spark plug hole helicoiled, was the car ok long term after wards or did it cause more issues down the line? cheers
