Yes the amp has a fuse, but you want to be taking the fuse out of the power wire that runs from the battery to your boot - usually in the engine bay.

I'm no electrician so don't take my word for it, but i take mine out quite offten and all i do is remove the fuse from the power cable and wedge the wires out the way somewhere & nothing has caught fire yet lol Obviously theres no harm in taping up the wires if you're worried

I'd put them under the dash if they fit, or if not then behind the door cards.

Paint Correction to get rid of them / improve how they look Or use a polish with fillers like SRP to help mask them a bit

Plans sound good mate. The list of things you'll want to do will probably grow in time, but simple things like RS grill & clear indicators are always the 1st things needed on non sports imo. Can't see the pic though?
