So an Evo 2.0 turbo not be comparable to an RS then? But an Impreza 2.5 turbo would be?
But the Evo would be comparable to the Megane?
Your logic doesn't work.
Just slowing down may not be enough for some drivers to understand though, i.e. there may be a hazard ahead that you're slowing down for instead.
Slowing down + a wave/flash of lights clearly indicates your intentions.
Im pretty sure the highway code states that a flash of lights is not considered as an indication to pull out/right of way.
In the interests of the law it would be the driver who makes the decision to pull out who would be at fault.
Remember some of the 206 lot had a had a bit of a falling out with a dyno place when all their cars ran lower power compared to a tuning companies dyno where they had an induction + remap done.
So the idea of the 206 lot having artificially high bhp figures wouldn't shock at all, and that 182s...
Get them refurbed and if the colour match is a bit off then put both refurbed alloys on the same side o fthe car. Then it'll be impossible to notice.
After you've changed the tyres over of course ;) .
Have always had a dislike for these. Just so damn fugly.
There's one round my way that's been chromed up all over the place and has a dual exit exhaust. It's an absolute POS.
Saw this yesterday, not really liking it at all.
Rear arch looks buggered although that could be because of the overly spaced out wheels which look a state.
you don't have any options.
your insurance is void.
you'll have to pay out for all damages to other parties due to having no insurance.
possible prosecution for no insurance.
you'll have a damaged car which you'll have to pay out for to repair, since the insurance company won't cover you.
That 2.2 VX engine is incredibly poor for its displacement, plus it's tuning routes are limited unless you're willing to pay out a lot of cash (i.e. supercharging).
Agreed.
Would wait a few weeks incase the sender gets in contact with you. If you sell it on and they do get in touch with proof that it was delivered to you then you're a bit f*cked to say the least.
Yeah I suppose they don't get a reputation for nothing. But I think that other manufacturers such as Vauxhall are just as bad, yet people don't immediately dismiss them as "falling apart" or similar which I think is odd when they are in the same boat really.
This has to be the most overused phrase ever, it does my tits in. Far too many times have I seen a Clio or other French car being dismissed as "french" or "omgz it'll fall apart" when quite clearly the person has no clue, far too ignorant.
Corsa owner in peace here by the way, although I am...
