I know your story all too well :dapprove: I work for T-Mobile Customer Service and used to work for O2 (I also know whats its like dealing with other departments (like cancelations) mistakes!!! :mad:) Stuff like this is the norm...people telling people LIES! Stuff not getting noted down...
