When i have ever heard a nock. It has always turned out to be a drive shaft or engine mount. To check driveshaft look behind the wheel on the rubber and see if you can see any leaking grease or a split in the rubber even. Hope this helps.

I belive there is 4 clips if im not mistaken. Two on each side which you can release with a flat screw driver. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU DO THIS AS IM NOT 100% SURE.

A 14'' will not fit even if it is fitted to other standard smaller engine clio's. The disc on the clio sport is big and i belive the smallest size you will get on is a 15''. Have you thought about a Megane wheel? Remember needs to be 4 stud. Hope this helps.
