Looks like its had more than a belt change the rocker covers been off at some point too , what are the sides of the pistons like? Are all the bores the same
I don't think it's possible to get the box out the top on a 2.0 is it?? Never had a go like but doubt be much room to get input shaft out of the clutch

Power steering pump bolts in under alternator, I had too use the f9q pump too tho as the pully is stepped in a little the Clio 1 catches subframe
I've always heard the first 20 miles is the most important, my dilemma for the weekend is, how do u make the best of this time window whilst needing too blead the rad off and get up too temp to check fans?? Will leaving it too idle for too long glaze the bores? Or do u just put water in and go...
No not at all scoff. Emailed me the prices, to be fair neither is the ndo route box plus clutch and few other little odds and ends is 1500 before u start with shafts etc
Not too sure now I had a o2m which I sold on, I've got a 197 gearbox lying about but I think it would just be pissing in the wind with it, will either go back the vw route or a r26r box
Ha yea my helix paddle clutch lasted about 8 2nd gear launches before it melted ha, got a few spare boxes too blow up first before I stick the 6 speed in like,

No nothing like that just for rwyb, type days for bit fun but wonting too get the best out of it I can, ran some ok times last year on road tyres with low psi but could sharp see that a better tyre would have been highly beneficial
Yea your right ya nob, I struggled getting any power down with my old set up so looking too gain a bit from the tyres ain't such a stupid thing is it??
