Hey guys, just having a quick scan, and I noticed that my old 172 was back up for sale.

Now it states new gearbox & clutch fitted 8 months...
Hey guys, swapped my car over the other day, from the 172 to an Impreza.
Be careful if any of you do the same with them, i've been stung for £217, just for them to change the vehicle over.
Obviously I didn't know this at the time, otherwise I would have cancelled it. Just checked my paperwork...
Wasn't assed when i was making the advert to sell, as I had my new Impreza to play with. Watching the guy who has it now drive off in it tonight broke my heart! Gutted :(

I think this is a fair price, as the car is excellent condition, and has been given only the best since I have had it.
Price is open to offers ;)
Cheers guys, Paul
I have 2 amps in mine bud, and i went without the power block [only as i live in North Wales] and getting one is a ball ache.
Can easily hide all wires under passenger side trim.
well at a guess, after what you have been going through, i would have a stab at faulty head unit. Dont suppose you have an old one lying around? or just borrow off a mate for 2 mins, to double check if the RCA ports on your headunit are bad
Is this slightly too cheap?

Had a look at the guide, very helpful, didn't know the pads would be so easy to change, will be doing them myself from now on. Not over confident on the disc part though.
Cheers guys
Hey guys, found out this morn that my brake is jammed on, and thats why my car has been pulling to the left when braking.
Will use this as an excuse now to upgrade to Brembo discs, and get some new pads.
Does this sound like it will solve the issue? Sorry, I'm clueless when it comes to the...
No noise at all bud. Maybe it's in my head but for the last 2 weeks I've had a feeling that the car isn't as quick. Maybe as suggested stuck on caliper
Hi guys, on my way to work then was doing about 70 and had to brake quite hard. Car bounced to the left quite badly. Now whenever I brake even at slow speeds it does it.
Any ideas?
Sorry for not searching, at work and trying to hide from the boss lol
Cheers Guys
have you checked out his drawings on there for sale?! Jesus, £33 haha

Hi guys, want to have a go at an oil change & gear box oil change. Any chance of getting the pictures back up? Or a new guide would be great if anyone has the time.
Cheers ;)
cheers bud, just ordered a complete unit from Cliospares. After reading the article, the Powertec runs 3bhp under the standard, thats enough to make my mind up for me!
It's gone all rusty, after sitting under the vented carbon bonnet. Reading the 'sticky' filter test, seems that standard airbox is the way to go.
How much will one set me back? Or will I be better off replacing it with a K&N?
Cheers guys ;)
Hi mate. As your power lead already has an online fuse, no need to go to the fuse box. Snip the end off, attatch a terminal that will fit the battery, and poke it thru passenger footwell. Job done.
