Chrome badges, Sach Performance Clutch/Flywheel and Haldex serviced. Booked in for Revo remap later this week (231ps to 324ps).

Yep, that’s the plan. It’ll be switched to a Sach Organic Clutch + new flywheel. I’ve not decided which company/remap to go for yet. Any suggestions are welcome :)

Family member collected it today. It’s booked in for a clutch change and I’ve got chrome badges on order.

As it’s a “Competition” spec, the decals are factory fit. I’m not 100% sold on them so they may get removed once collected.

Attended a Lotus-on-Track Airfield day at North Weald on Friday. It was an excellent day and the car was faultless. It was really fun being able to push the car in a safe/controlled environment. Small Circuit Video Saving the car after some oversteer on the "Fast Cornering" exercise

Hi All, Strange issue with my 182. The car is showing the ABS/SERV/ESP lights but no code is being stored. The car does seem to have slight ABS “grind” when braking also. Any ideas? Carl

S1 Exige or S2 Exige for me. For financial gains I would say S1. To drive I would say S2. Both are appreciating assets but I would feel guilty putting miles on an S1

The Exige goes into a Lotus Specialist tomorrow for its s260 upgrade. Took it out today for a quick drive today, the colour looks great in the direct sun.

Sprayed the rear grills, number plate panel and fit the new number plate this weekend.

Love that! I bet the owner never wants to drive it. Did you get to drive that one? Would love to feel how raw an S1 Exige feels. The S2s have a Toyota Engine and come in N/A & Supercharged varieties.

But that’s completely not the point of an Exige...an Elise will never be as special or as valued as an Exige. This is due to limited numbers and nostalgia. When buying cars like these, you make the decision with your heart, not your head. Yes you can get a more powerful Elise or even a newer...

Really enjoying it. It’s cliche but every time I drive it, it makes me smile, even if I’m going 20mph in traffic. They are a brilliantly fun car. Ever since the v6 Exige was released, all the forums have been saying that the prices for S2s will flatten etc but they’ve always been proven wrong...

Yep, going to get it checked out by Castle as it’s under warranty. I have looked at upgraded linkages etc but going to get it checked out first before upgrading anything.

I would say the gear change is the weakest part of the car.

A 2bular Stainless Exhaust came up for sale cheap on ebay (had only covered 2k miles) so that was snapped up and the diffuser was removed, powdercoated black and a new genuine trim fit. How it looks now Plans for near future: - Carbon Fibre Splitter - New Genuine...

Yeah, you replace 2 of the 4 perforated pipes in the exhaust. It's known as being the best mod for the e9x M3. It sounds brilliant and really opens up the true sound of the V8.

2 Pipe Exhaust Mod Slightly loud on its cold start but very quiet on normal driving and sounds epic when you put your foot down.
