Dude, buy a second hand bumper. You should be able to pick a silver one up for about 110-130 with all the bits. Then sell things like the grille, fog surrounds, washer nozzles from your old one. Should only cost you a net of about 60 quid.

Get the standard cat again if I were you mate. The 1.2 16v engine as fitted to your car has some weird flexy joints and therefore exhaust places can't readily make up a decat for you as JamoJamoJamo suggests.
As said by Rob, getting hold of airbags would be pretty tricky 2nd hand. Unless you just accept the airbags won't work, I can't see their being a big enough margin in that.

Thanks

Whatever you do mate make sure the ones at the front, imparticuarly the one on the front nearside are sealed properly. I have had sooo many problems from water getting where it shouldn't because there was no front arch liner.

Different programs intervene to a different extent. I think you will also find that people use TC as a generic term for all electronic driver aides. Something like BMWs Launch Control, will intervene to a much larger extent off the mark than something like ESP.

You know, to an extent it's irrelevant how much power is gained. Unless you are going to be racing others (which I guess you aren't in a 1.2), power gains do not matter too much. Its how quick the car feels and with a new exhaust it will feel quicker. It will be more fun to drive and will...
