Think I have a faulty uch. I'm getting rid of my 172 for need of a family car :( so don't really wanna be robbed by Renault to sort it. Does anyone local to stoke have a kit they are selling that I could buy??

Im being serious. Its really weird how it works. Basically, you can even get a code that you have on your phone so that you can either have the car switched on to the supermode, or put it back to standard, it cost about 600 euros, and the difference is unbelieveable!!

Nope. being serious, its actually not road leagal, they wont do it in the UK so you only get a certain amount as its restricted, but anything goes in Spain lol. Check out the website, you can see what cars they have done, but bare in mind, its all in Spanish! lol www.eprompower.com

Cheers it is! Its actually my dads, he drove to Alicante in Spain 2 months ago and had a cyclone air filter and got his chip remapped to a learning chip. If you drive it slow, it runs as it would do standard, but if you thrash it for 50 miles, it takes the car from about 228BHP to 450BHP!! So...

Im 22, we was thinking of getting me a 172 but they wouldnt insure me till iM 24, but out of curiosity dad called his insurance to see how much it would be to put me on as a second driver fully comp, bargain!!!

I know lol, not bad for £120 for the year fully comp!! Saves it sitting on the drive!! But now I have made my 1.2 16V redundant. ooops lol

I am now a member. Its not my car but I drive my dads MK1 V6. Slightly more impressive than my 1.2 16v!!!!

Yeah it sure is, he had a 172 before he got this, and I wanted to buy one but couldnt get insured on one till Im 24, so he out me on his insurance for this one which is even better!!
