HELP ME!!!
I've erased my Mac's HD, and clean installed Mountain Lion. All went well re-installing things like iTunes library from my Time Machine Backup.
Until,.. I got to restoring my iPhoto library.
I am at the point now were all my iPhoto pictures show up as black, and are only visible...
^think these things are covered by luxury goods act, or something like that... The expectation is they last for more than the minimum required by law IIRC.
I exchanged mine. Don't like sound of rubbing liquid into my phone tho?! I did try and 'calibrate' the home button before I had it replaced. Load of old tosh that was, IMO.
I had a genius appt. They replaced it. It worked til I synced it. Apple on the phone said it was locked to a different network, and could take upto 4 days to sort. Only took 24 hrs tbf. Really annoying, but I'll get over it. Thy apologised and said it was because apple's systems were having...
Same here.
I'm determined not to give apple another penny, having seen how much I pumped into them last year on my yearly NatWest statement breakdown... (MBP + iPhone 4) Even if the 5 is AMAZIN', I'm gonna resist!
Ok, hold my hands up I'm an Apple fan. My iPhone 4 is 10 months old, and mint apart from a really annoying home button.
So I went to the store today, they replaced it. Happy days. Genius told me their systems were down, so she did the process manually.
Come home, synced etc and bam...
Sounds like you need to do a clean install malice, not sure how you do that like. But from what I've read it speeds up the boot time too, mine went from 35 sec to around a minute on lion. I cba'd messing about tho.
Have you calibrated your battery?
Has anyone figured out how to print an entire conversation in Mail? I spent a while the other night printing one by one, thinking to myself surely there's a better way. I have had a quick google BTW
Re: Lion to be released this evening?
I use GMail, seems fine.
Only probs I have are slower boot up, and upon reboot all the previous apps/windows open, even when I've set them not to.
