Well i was thinking about upgrading the front speakers with aftermarket components? wasnt sure what to go for though as they would be powered by the standard headunit which i couldnt imagine gives much output. Then amping the back speakers or something? What would you reckon?

Blooooming heck, that's a bit much for what it is really. I wouldn't even be confident that they have left enough room behind for that to fit! Guess ill keep the original headunit. Could you give me some advice on how to get the best set up using the original headunit? ATM i have standard...

I believe the TOMTOM to run off of the Head unit so changing the headunit will stop the Satnav working. Could be wrong but was pretty sure that was the case?

Hello, Does anybody know the output from the standard headunit in the Mk3. Looking to upgrade my speakers but keep the headunit so don't want to end up wasting money so something too good for the headunit

The lights fitted to the new models are nice than those you have there

Okay thanks for the help, I have looked into he inside of the door again today and there is evidence of leak as the door was tried out and now damp again, have you had experience of common leaking points? Cheers

I have kept the door card off and dried out the dampness in there. The felt around the wires was really quiet damp. Seems to have gone back to working fine now. Not sure whether to replace it all or try and stick with it

Hello I am looking to but some centre stickers with the Renault badge or something similar on to replace the fox ones on my alloys. I thought I remembered someone saying someone on here can make them. Anyone brought any before or know who it is?

Ive stripped it all off and yes to be honest looks damp in there! a felt covered wire is pretty sopping wet. What Part(s) would need to be replaced? Would i be able to do it at home?
