    Started revving too high.

    Car was almost warmed up when it started to idle what seemed like way too high. I drove it back and it didn't feel too bad apart from revving to high.

    I can't get my battery out.

    God I feel so useless. Battery went flat over a couple of weeks I think 'cos I left the bluetooth OBD plugged in. So I need to yank it out re-charge it inside (I live in a flat and can't run an extension). But the bloody thing just won't budge. I seems to be under a little lip on the engine...

    Dropped a cylinder on my Ph1?

    I drove home yesterday with the engine warning light on, then was driving it about today (after putting fresh fuel in) and the warning light started flashing and it sounded funny...like boxer engine...so I presume a cylinder isn't firing. It's low on power too and will stall when moving off...

    Blantyre Street Manchester

    I've seen a nice blue 172 around here quite a lot. I think it's a 172 might be a 182 actually lol. My silver Phase 1 lives close.

    172 P1 wont start, won't even try and turn over.

    Was working fine. Left it parked up for 45 days. Now when I turn the key I get some clicking noises (like a relay?) from the passenger side, the oil light and the engine light pulse. I disconnected the battery and tried again but got same except the needles which had been 'flicking'...

    Is this 172 iceberg or titanium silver.

    It's a 2001 so could be the rarer iceberg. I need to know cos one of side mirrors needs replacing.

    Favourite clio shape?

    I like the 172/182 shape. Looks kind of distinctive I think especially the rear quarter area. I like the the 'flow' it has. The newer shape looks more anonymous IMHO.

    Hi I'm new and looking for a 182

    I've owned Skylines in the past and Imprezas plus an R32 Golf. But I'm after something sub 5k that I can raz about a bit and not worry about massive costs. :) I was looking at EP3's but they are a bit 'Baz and Daz' so I'm seeing if I can find a nice 182. Thanks.
