My other half's cambelt went on her 1.2 and it has bent one of the valves, I can get the part cheap enough but how easy/how long will it take to change one valve over? Any help would be great

My misses has a 53 plate 1.2 clio and on the way home today the cam belt went (AA said so) it has 60,000 miles on the clock and is in good nick, the question is what to do now is it worth getting it fixed?? And if so how much would it cost roughly?? Many thanks in advance simon.

When I turn my wheels I get an annoying squeaking sound it only happens at low speed or when parking, it sounded like rubber on metal, I located the sound to my near side top mount is this a common thing? does it just need greasing?and if so how would I go about sorting it out? any help would...

I want to lower my 172 ph2 can this be done by just buying springs or do you have to buy coilies? I'm on a tight budget and obviously springs are cheaper but is just getting springs is going to bugger up the standards shocks? Just bought a 2007 carminat disc of eBay, to replace the original 2003 disc but it just keeps spitting it back out, the disc has a few light scratches on it but was not sure if you just can't update it or if it is just a dodge disc. Any help on this would be great
