i know this question has probably been asked 100000 times.. but is there any possible way to make my 1.2 faster? no turbo converions or nothing.. just relitivly inexpensive?

i noticed there 2 types of 1.2 engine you got the early one with the grey engine cover and the later engine with the big black cover, whats the difference between the 2? is one more powerfull than the other?

ok so i recently posted a thread reguarding my car being slow and sluggish, recently i have noticed another problem, my car fuel guage is droping rapidly fast, compared to my GF's whos is normal. it seems my car is using double the fuel its meant to for a 1.2 like i said in a previouse post tho...

i usede to have a 1.2 8V 1995 corsa, and my 55 plate clio seems slow accelration wise compeared to my old 1.2, id have though it would be faster with it being the sport 75BHP model? could there be a problem with my car? spark plugs? air filter? or is my car just a slow piece of sh!te? :cool:

1.2 .. is it me or dose the engine in the sport seem rather thirsty? is the engine same as the standard 1.2 16V? as they look different, also is the biting point on the clutch always at the very top?
