gearbox gone
ok so gearbox went on my 172 yesterday, got it trailered to a clutch/gearbox specialist in Coventry.... been quoted £860 for recon of box and a new clutch with fitting.... £360 if I supply a box includes clutch fitting. Options I am guessing are, go with the above but is £££ or I find someone...- Torquetastic

New on here
Hi, new on here, had my 172 since November and love the thing, massive change from running saab 9-5 aeros for a few years. Came with limited history but belts were done by previous owner.... Paid £800 for her. now the fun has started, gearbox has gone! Will start a thread about this shortly...- Torquetastic
