Changing/Removing Side Skirts

Hi All,

Looking to replace one of my side skirts on my 182, and just wondering how you go about it?

Did try a search and only thread I could find said that there is pop rivets underneath, and just drill them out

Just wanted to double check this is the best way, then I guess pop rivet the new one back on?

Did see that people sell Side Skirt Clips/Brackets on eBay - Would I need replacements?

just drill them out, and when putting them back on use pop rivets apparently you need peel rivets but i used normal ones and they seem ok
should not need any brackets unless you have some damaged ones behind there but that is not usually the case

These peel rivets are ideal for refitting

They're Aluminium/Magnesium Alloy as well.

I removed/replaced the side skirts on my old PH1, i bought the new rivets from Renault as they have a bigger head than a standard rivet to spread the load on the plastic.

The ones i linked have a large flange head like the Renault ones too.
