In a general detail what do you use it for, what product does it replace?

I use it via DA with a finishing pad before applying wax. I find Hydro2 doesn't sit well on top of it though.

I only tend to Amigo in the summer as I really can't be arsed applying wax when it's cold out.

Thought I'd start looking after the outside of the Clio after spending months being unwashed after various mishaps. Ordered some Meguiar's NXT metal polish and some of those polishing cones to try and spruce up the tailpipes as they are pretty manky. Also got some Meguiar's tyre gel stuff too. Just need a nice day and some time off to test it out.

Received a large bottle of Solution Finish trim restorer yesterday.

Did the scuttle panel on the beemer and I'm well impressed. I was going to use Dlux but it had gone so grey I doubt it would have got it back to black like the FS has.

Found that it goes in quite well with the foam surgical swabs I bought a while back.

I've recently done the following to my car:

Washed it with a Dodo Juice washmit and Meguiar's NXT wash
Clayed it
Detailed with Meguiar's 205 with a Lake Country Orange pad
Collinite 476S.

So far it is not looking bad. We shall see how long the Colly lasts.

Really impressed by auto finesse at the minute I don't know why although the citrus degreaser isn't all that
Illusion wax and finale are must haves
Finale smells so amazing and is the easiest quick detailer I've ever had with amazing results

I used Solution Finish trim restorer a few days ago on my GF's Mini Cooper. Black mounded arches and skirts were always grey and marred and I had tried numerous products to no avail. However this stuff is absolutely stunning. Real depth and not super glossy that sometimes looks stupid. Would recommend to anyone.

I washed the wife's car at the weekend, the last time was a couple of months ago.

The plastic trims where in need of a bit of loving, with this stuff a little seems to go a long way.
