I dropped my car off wednesday morning and was told it'll be done that day due to the part being in on tuesday .. perfect, I was given a courtesy car ..a Renault Zoe of all cars, i thought I'd only have it for a day or two so i took it and i've made the most of it, i went in today to charge the it up, 3 hours and 30% charge which im now down to a range of 7 miles .. Had one of the mechanics speak to me and found out the part I needed was on back order from France and won't be here till next week, which no one had told me up until then .. I didn't ask any other questions after he told me that cause I was in a rush for work.
Now my question is before I call them in the morning .. Can I ask for my car back until they get the part .. Or am I gonna have to try and get a different courtesy Car / charge card ? .. I can't keep going there for 3/4 hours to get another 30 miles of range as I need to use it daily
