So @gally this reload I've got is being a right on cnut to get off.

Is it better to dilute it down a bit?

I f**king love reload and it's brought the Beemer up a treat today but fcuck me it was hard work lol

It's probably not the easiest product in the world for people. Dilute with de-ionised water if you can. 1:1 simple half water half reload always sorts out any issues.

Cheers buddy. I'll give that a try.

I utterly love reload. The beading today is incredible

Really is a nice guy, cheapest delivery charges usually £2.50 on most stuff, have to watch with some companies as i have had old stock off a few.

nice what did you get,i use them for zaino chem guys etc
Quite a bit. Need almost everything to 're stock to do a full job on the s3

AF= obliterate, iron out, tough coat, ultra glaze, avalanche.

CG Pete's 53 paste wax.

25mm blue tape, VP large detail brush, yellow foam wax pad. 5.5 pads CG hex Orange and white.

All 107 quid.

Yeah. Wasn't sure wether to bother or not as I'm using a sealant.
Seems a lot of people still use waxes on top of a seal to add depth and shine. So will give it a try!

For the price it does have good reviews. Its about as much as I'd give for a wax anyway. I'm not entering shows [emoji4]

I bought a bottle of reload in 2012. Diluted slightly with deironised water into a spray bottle.

Its sat in the garage never used ever since. How dead would it be? Worth trying?

It'll still work if it looks alright, ie not solid or anything.

What's the worst that can happen?

Not sure about a code for CYC.

Seems a good buy this
http://www.shopnshine.co.uk/das6-pro-menzerna-kit
Code is: dw

I ordered a decent sized order at about 2pm today, chose standard free delivery.
Text me few hours later to say it'll be with me tomorrow! Excellent service. On a bank holiday too.

I could have chose the 8 quid next day delivery option, lol. That would have been a waste of money.

I have acquired a second Clio 172, aptly named "The Shed". It's a sh*t hole, but acquired for some spare bits a pieces. Anyway, it stinks of cigarettes badly! Anyone know of a really good de-odorising product that can be sprayed all over seats and carpets that will make it smell fresh... ??

Think so. Can't remember what it's called. We have a machine in work but I know it wasn't that. Maybe something in a can that's left in the car for a bit

Right guys, I need some advice. I've just sent my dampers off for a rebuild and will be having them powder coated. Is there a sealant or wax I can apply to offer some protection / make cleaning easier? I'm sure I've seen somebody apply a product by Gtechniq before...?

Something like CarPro Dlux would probably work ok I reckon

What type of seats, cloth or leather alcantara RS seats?

For general cloth, autofiness total or diluted verso. Or cheap halfords option the carplan spray foams with the plastic bristle tops work well

I used SV Shield for the first time in about a year last week. Ahhh I forgot how nice it is to use a wax that applies and removes well!
It really isn't as much of a chore as I tell myself it will be.

f**king rain!

Nearly finished polishing my car and it starts spitting. No problem even though it wasn't forecast, I'll just stick the gazebo up over the car. Dry it off, finish polishing bar the roof and then it rains even more and it is coming sideways. Given up and put everything away. Still need to polish the roof and wax it ffs.

Well the rain stopped. Dried my car off, quick going over with Rejuvenate on the roof and front bumper and then managed to get 2 coats of Vantage on.

Wow. Thanks for the recommendation @gally. Quite possibly the easiest wax I've ever used in terms of application, and the glossiness of the paintwork now is fantastic. Can't wait to see the durability of it.

I imagine with correct care you'll get 2 to 3 months out of. Sometimes with decent base and washing it will see longer. I just think it's so nice to use.

That will suit me fine then as that will tie in with when I'll be doing my winter prep.

Also used Reset and my GTechniq mitt today for the first time. Impressed.
