Do I have to buy a ticket for my 10 year old and can I take him on a track session?

Under 16's come in for free, they won't get a lunch voucher but you can purchase one for £5 at the CS marquee on the day if you want to.

I've contacted Javelin re minimum ages for passenger laps and I'll get back to you as soon as they come back to me :up:

Hey Ron, my mate is wanting to come down with me as a passenger for camping etc but when he's selecting his ticket he can't select a club. He wants the £20 weekend selection. And I'm after a morning track session with camping too. Do I have to buy it all in one go?

Cheers!

Hi mate. He doesn't have to select a club it doesn't really matter too much.

You can buy all together of you want. What you need to do is select your ticket and am track option and when it takes you to Paypal there's an option to 'continue shopping' which will take you back to the CSS page so you can select the other ticket.

Hope this helps :up:

I would say yes bring both parts, also demon Tweeks do helmets with ACU Gold stickers for track at around £25, I would say hire is about £10-£15

It's also fully approved too so all good :smile:
It has motorbike approval - not car approval. I'm not an expert on the differences but I believe the key differences are that bike helmets aren't required to be flame resistant and aren't permitted for car racing.

At that price though it's probably better than hiring one that could have been dropped and you can also use it for karting.

Just a quick question. What awards are there if any for non-sports if any? Just wondering whether to give the old girl a scrub before coming up or be a lazy bugger and not take a day off :)

So if I bring my motorbike helmet to use for the track session, will this be ok? Is there some sort of requirement for a particular standard that's different? Don't really want to hire a manky helmet when I have a good one of my own!

How are you doing for numbers? I have a mate interested in attending and with a bit of track time, but he is an Evo guy more than a Renault Sport guy. Would this be frowned on, or is it "the more the merrier"?
@Sunglasses_Ron your thoughts?
Cheers!

I'll possibly take my work wagon (JC Works, Cooper Sport) and leave the Clio behind. Think an Evo would be alright mate.
