Driveway is looking good

Fiesta turned up last week. Really pleased. Already mapped and mine was different, deffo night and day difference. (Although car was fine standard)
Deffinately lively from the start 1st and 2nd gear, bit of runway near me I hit 140mph quite swiftly, good car.
. I was had on the model ordered, throughout my process I was 100% sure I ordered a St-3 some how I have ended up with the st1, but after looking round, the prices have risen a lot. And i can't be bothered to cancel and re order.
3 months up front and £179 a month, 2years ( 8k milage allowance) nationwidecontracts.
Wife chose herself the Peugeot 2008 allure which is a nice normal car. Leather, lots of extras. Clio trophy can have a little break, keep him on 42k.

Missus wanted a bigger car, it has everything, nice to drive but ugly back end!
I wanted her to get a zetec s fiesta 1.0 ecoboost 125bhp. I personally think they look lovely, better than St.

I went to my local butchers at the weekend in the next village. And an old lady said how lovely the colour of the fiesta was. Had quite a few comments on it. Past few days. One did say purple??? Lol

I really like your house and grounds from what I can see of it. 2 of the cars aren't bad either.

Thanks buddy. I have a good wife that's got great business sense. We are lucky to live where we do. It's superb.
Only been living here since jan. hopefully all keeps going well the cars will be more impressive in a few years. Range Rover and some form of something German and posh? Who knows.

Lol. You know one thing about having a two year old son, he wants to do what dad does. I had to give him a sponge and bucket, told him to wash his lorry. Even snow foamed it for him. I know he means well but running a muddy sponge on my new car was the last thing I wanted lol

The rear, part of the garden, it goes beyond and we have the same again other side. The front and the duck in our pond right down the bottom. £1400 a month rent, £250 council tax, £60 electric with solar panels!! And I have used £1100 of oil since jan?
It's nice yeah, lots of house work, lots of gardening! ( looking for a ride on lawn mower?) apart from that yeah it's a pleasure. Then I live in a lorry part of the week, talk about one extreme to the other lol.

I would not be renting a place for anything over £750 a month. You'd be better getting a mortgage on something with £1400 a month. I reckon you could get somewhere lovely again. Maybe not exactly that but that's a lot of dead money! As well as the fiesta lease and the pug(if that's on lease)

Ok ok. Fair enough. I don't usually say anything about cost etc. I'm just comparing it to a mortgage. Whatever floats your boat. Fiesta looks well. Not mad keen on it without the style pack but the colour makes up for it. Also would love a go in a 172/182/trophy turbo. Must be frightening!

Nice cars and lovely house. Would love to live somewhere like that, however no way would I be paying off someone else's mortgage.

I have a house and mortgage that rented out. In Cromer by the way
The house is part of a business, my wife works with people with mental and physical disabilities, has done for years. When we decided to have a child, my wife had to give up her manager position. She was meant to go back but she did not want our boy growing up with child minders, so I said start a day center. We have successfully ran a day center for 18 months now in Cromer. We have odd 2-1 clients, my wife has a very personal touch to this line of work, it's not just a job for her. She loves helping these people. Council approached my wife and asked if she could provide restbite? (Spell) so we have moved into this big house. The bungalow part has a spare room. So few nights a week we provide for the parents of people with disabilities a break and take them off their hands for a night. One client her parents are in their late 60's, with a daughter that's 2-1 care. (They need an odd nights break.
We have just started this and have two people. But so far one Person covers all monthly bills for this place. We get to live in this lovely house, our rent is paid, we provide a much needed service. Our own house is rented out and the mortgage is being paid.
Few years we might be in a position to buy such a lovely place.
Yes the cars are leased except the Clio turbo trophy [emoji12]
But my fiesta to lease is cheaper than buying outright, and cheaper than having finance if I was to change my car every 2 years.
Yes I am still a lorry driver during the week, but hopefully one day I can give this up for part time and be with my family more

( btw I was going to get a golf R, but then the prices went up and the wait got longer. Gutted. Fiesta was the next best thing to keep the trophy miles low)
