rear koni dampers

I managed to get some rear koni ajustable dampers pretty cheap.
I advised they may benefit from a refurb would this be free because of the unlimited warranty?

If you have the original receipt with your name on it, yes, you'll probably get a free refurb.
But if you don't, then it's going to cost.

ouch .. they are actually hight ajustable so i will probs sell them on :(

Dont be so hasty, at least see what it costs first.
A set of refurbed Konis will be better than standard parts (be them Renault or pattern) and if you're going to go down the "OMG LOWS" route, then a refurb will be cheaper than the cheapest eBay specials.

Im not using the for the lows .. was meaning to buy rear ajustable so i can ajust the dampening.

now that i have them thought i might mess about with them :)

Those springs should be good with the Konis.
Old OEM dampers may not be too.....

...hang on.

Yeah, all bets off, just refurb the OEM sachs kit, which probably costs more than any kind of 3rd party coilovers
