Body repair, front bumper, advice needed - Surrey area

  Clio 128 GT '59'
Hi guys and girls I wondered if anyone can steer me in the right direction for s repair on my 2009 128GT.

A friends neighbour managed to reverse into my beloved front right lower bumper and crack it on the lower section be the grill. I can't be bothered going through insurance companies as they'll try and screw him with hire car costs etc. so thought I'd try and source a repair chap locally in Surrey.

It's nothing major yet I've been quote £400 by a body shop for a replacement bumper colour matched, a good price yet too much for the neighbour to fork out...

I was thinking it could be plastic welded is that possibles?

Thanks for any help!

To be fair it was there fault and do you want to land up with a half arsed job because they dont want to pay out the money to get a good job done?
I have had this before and landed up sourcing the parts, finding a cheap spray shop, basically doing all the donkey work so they didnt have to put their hands in their pockets and landed up with a job i wasnt happy with! Was definatley a life lesson and i would make sure it went through the insurance next time!
