182 Heater Blowers Stopped Working

Hi guys, I've done a search but found conflicting information... Basically my climate control on the 182 was all fine then out of the blue today the blowers stopped working, all the digital display works fine but just no blowers! I've checked all fuses and they are good so anyone any idea?! I definitely don't want to part with a £100 for a new resistor pack jobby, can anyone help?! Cheers, Gaz.

The original guide is on v6 forum but I also added a version on here (I wrote it). Not sure if the guy who posted it over at Cliodci got the full photos etc. (can't check at mo).

The original mosfet I used is discontinued but the one above should be fine.

Thanks for the help guys, I did the number 1 and 5 test with a piece of wire to confirm it is the resistor as my fans came on full blast.. Just ordered a new resistor from Ebay for £25 with 12 month warranty so hopefully that'll be job done..! Cheers for the help :smile::up:
