Some petrol stations (around here anyway) do under car cleaning and have concrete ramps, might be worth scouting one out if there's any near you!
ISn't coming on at all? I'm almost sure it should flash slowly, come on solid when you turn the ket, then go out. If it doesn't come on at all, possibly your immobiliser is dead?
Just noticed it's a dCI, there isn't Air getting into your fuel lines is there? I know that can cause starting...
What's the state of the immobiliser light when you try to start it?
If it flashes quickly, your key-chip is probably loose/damaged and cant be read by the decoder ring - which means the car won't start. Try it with the spare, or if you don't have one/it's dodgy too, a locksmith can cut you a...
The release mech can fail, allowing the bonnet to open at speed, smashing the windscreen and a-pillars. Ring renault and they can check if yours has been replaced. Needs lubrication and maintained though. Mine is at the stage it doesn't always stay closed! :(
Rivet/screw/glue the clips onto the car, clip skirt onto that?
Have a search about to see how others fitted the 172/replica skirts on. I think the replica ones just bond on, the genuine ones need clips fitted

200 for a full interior is a bit pricey i'd say. You could buy one from a member here and have it shipped over for less, i've seen them go for 120-150 here mate.
remember 182 rear bumper has the dual cut outs. Shame they won't sell the cup spoiler separate to the tailgate, it's only 6 screws...
Seems there's 2 main types of the 1.2 engine, where's your throttle body? At the side? Or at the rear?
Your kit looks to be the kind that goes on the throttle body at the side, if instead you have a square resonator box thing there, you need an adapter plate.
