Thanks, already getting part from badinvincible. If its so common, has no-one taken this up with renault. A bloody rip-off for a plastic part as the regulator motor has nothing wrong with it.:mad:

This is the complete unit , including the white plastic clip that has the 2 cables going in and sits within the upright... cheers

Try greasing the central sider rail (vertical one) that the white clip (on left side when looking from inside. You will have to take door card off. Not 100% if this will help but - it was a suggestion by my local renault dealer for stopping the clip breaking as it gets a bit sticky.. Cheers:)
