I was driving earlier and there was a loud bang and grinding. Stopped and found my rear caliper slider 30 yds back down the road, and the thing has sheared off from the main caliper part and dropped the pads out, then the piston is onto the disc directly. So I need a new ph1 172 caliper, what...

my rear caliper has just sheared off in half, so also interested in new caliper!

Will keep an eye open too then, have seen a few RS about. I'm a shift worker though so its dark both ways to work right now :(

Sounds good there on the price joshydee, i was just lucky on ebay. No wiring just the oval or round multi plug on the window regulator. Would be nice if you could just replace the white platic bits that break, however mine and most end up chewing the cable up too on the spool from what I have...

speaker screws and the handle release and the window button sections then yes just pull away, run a lond scred driver around the edge too. Will prob break some plastic lips, i did replacement on mine xmas eve, easy job, and got regulator for £13 from ebay :)

No got the car from High Wycome. The reason I went for the ebay ones were, they are all pressed in already, means one less trip out somewhere to do that part of the job.

KNow the lack of fogs is worrying, but its deffo a sport :) And no slam panel damage. Got some discs with bearings and abs sensors attached inc pads for £95 off ebay just now. I also have one key, and just found out how much they are from renault :( Will just have to keep hold of it...

I have the fusion in head unit ipod one, very pleased with it, better sound than my old (5yr) Pioneer DEH7400 I had. Great cause it charges it, stores it somewhere without it sliding around. And no-one need know there is an Ipod in there.
