Quick update. I've been in touch with Paul at RS who couldn't have been more helpful. Sent me a new .cal file to try which works although I've not been on a run yet I'm just so pleased the cars starting up again. I could literally kiss him right now.
I'll see how she drives over next few days...
So after months of deliberation I decided to go against all common sense and instead of making the 10 mile trip to RS tuning (I live on the outskirts of Leeds) I thought i'd save myself a bit of time and money and get an RSTuner by Fastchip.
I'd read good things about the RSTuner and Fastchip...
After nearly a year of 200t ownership myself I spotted my first ever wild one and it happened to be a lovely LY one crossing the A1 from Bramham on the Thorner road. Unfortunately I was doing 70 on the A1 beneath so didn't get too close a look or a chance to wave!.

No I just got the boggo pauper spec but it had to be comfortable as a daily for which it more than fits the bill. Its a very compliant ride, having not driven the Cup spec I cant really compare but the handling feels great to me. We have a lot of country roads around us and i've never felt...
Welcome to the 200t club, not many of us about lol!
Only question I can answer with some accuracy is the fuel economy, it's not as near as good as I'd originally hoped but then again I'd done most of my driving In a diesel A4 and a 3 cylinder Yaris before this so it was always going to be an...
I was very fond of both cars and I drove both before going for the Clio.
6 weeks in and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Very easy to live with day to day (5 door with a child is a godsend) and you don't have to thrash it to make good progress if you're not in the mood.
I get butterfly's...
