I work in a garage myself and if this had happened to us then we would be doing everything we could to sort out the problem but at the same time we are insured incase things like were ever to happen! Hope you get it all sorted nice a pain free buddy!

You could also wind two nuts onto the bolts when you get the discs off, lock them off against each other and then unwind the stud by undoing the nut closest to the hub

it is only one piece just the boot ring up any motor factors and ask for a steering rack boot and they will send you one. Can either get one specific for the car or a universal cut down one normally about 15 quid. Nice and easy to change take the wheel off and remove track rod end (make sure you...
