Mate you have been well and truly caught with you pants around your ankles. They cant just take a car away for no other reason than the previous owner has out standing fines against them. They should have gone through the DVLA to obtain the owners details and sent a court summons to his address.

It wasnt me but I must admit my Trophy needs some TLC, the bonnet is peppered with stone chips and a dent where a stone hit it hard. It doesnt help that mine sits outside in all weather, need to get a house with a nice warm garage that way it can be treated with extra care.
