Everyone I know who's dealt with them have said something bad. It was topped off when a good friend bought a clutch for his Integra from them. The ballasts and ignitors stay the same. This sounds like your ballast is going/gone.

It's an M16 thread. The believe they cut the thread on the standard ones knowing the hole would clog up. That's why it's a looser fit.
