This is proof at how much better the 197 is with the updated ECU software (which is on all the new builds). Shame it took renault 2 years to sort this out as they probably lost alot of potential sales in the early days.

I would go to a different dealer as the service varies. The one in Trowbridge where we live is awful, but the one Bristol is superb. At the end of the day you are having problems and they have a fix so it's a case of either they do it, or you go to trading standards!
