on rear standard on front AP's

Guys, i have got an issue i have a set of AP Racing big brake kit on the front and standard rears. The fronts are about a month old and cost £550 genuine AP Racing Pads and disc. i have been on a track day and now the brakes 'stutter' when i brake lightly it feels like im only getting contact...

With this flange is it a simple swap like a normal decat change? What decat do you use?

I have a Clio 182 super stealth exhaust (no centre section) and I need a decat.... Is there a right or wrong one to get if so can I be recommended one if not any suggestion where to get the cheapest one from? Thanks.
