lol, i wonder what the difference would be if you changed the springs only on the cup chasis to lower the car, wonder how much it would add to a lap time, it might not make a difference, would be good to see like but i'll not try it lol
TBH i never thought about them wearing, or knew about them wearing when i bought my car, they came standard in mine though and i don't think i would pay £850 for them as an extra. They should def not wear though, they should last years, poor show if they are wearing!
No problems with mine at 3000 miles, i tend to climb over into them rather than slide into them hence less rubbing and wear. Still shouldn't happen but the problem is with Recaro not Renault, but Renault should sort this out for owners who have suffered. Though won't it come under wear and tear...
