If he does neg you, stay calm and leave him one saying parcel didn't arrive and he wouldn't refund. You can always write a reply on the one he leaves you saying the same thing too.
Orange have quite bad reception apparently. My stepdad can only get a signal in 2 rooms in our house and I know a couple of other people who have swapped because of their signal cutting out alot.

Might be an idea to give CS members first refusal with the mods on but if you're going to trade in or go to autotrader I don't think you'll get many interest in the mods.
Upgraded brakes etc. would be less likely to be seen as a mod and more as an improvement imo so wouldn't matter if they...
I'm not either but I know that if after me being calm they came back and said I'd have to pay when it was a fault they knew about I would go nuts.
But to be fair, I'm a girl so I can get away with having a tantrum and causing a scene in the middle of the dealership:approve:

If it's a common problem then they obviously know about it and are doing nothing. I'd kick up a real fuss if they tried to make me pay for something which was a common problem.
