Rang the company handling the claim today and they said they have given the garage the go ahead to repair the car, which is good news! But I have just bought another car today so the clio will be up for sale when I get it back!!

Hello, failed my mot Friday due to the rear load sensor being seized, so i need to free it off.
That bolt at the bottom, does that need removing to free it off as that looks like its holding the arm on?
Does it pivot off those 2 pins at the sides and how much should it move once free?
Thanks!!
No they don't have the rod or spring. I just want to know if it matters that is has been tie wrapped up and has kind of seized in that position. It does move abit though if I try to move it.
Track rod end is sorted now. I've been under car and the rear load sensor has been tie wrapped up and is held in place there, it has a little bit of movement but not a lot. The garage I took it to are saying i need to get a rod and spring fitted, they didn't say anything about the tie wrap.
